Source Psychology with consent and confidentiality agreements, you will have a safe learning space for six participants to explore their inner truth. Through introspective exercises and group discussions we will understand the influence of our past experiences on our current beliefs and thought patterns. We look at how we get in the way of our own future pleasure using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT)
OPTIONAL EXTRAS
Source Psychology provides designated time for private and group psychology sessions with optional yoga psychotherapy. There is also time to relax.
These activities are complementary and can be selected through your registration form.
Your allocated time for your private psychology session will be indicated on your personal itinerary. We kindly advise that once the schedule is set, rescheduling missed appointments is not possible.
